Litigation Support Attorney

Supporting legal teams remotely, the part-time Litigation Support Attorney will manage case documentation, assist in trial preparation, and provide legal research services. Key responsibilities Manage and organize case files and documentation for ongoing litigation Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including drafting motions and briefs Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction Experience in litigation support or a related legal field Strong understanding of legal research tools and databases Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
