If you're a licensed Property & Casualty professional who enjoys building relationships, closing new business, and helping customers protect what matters most, we'd love to hear from you. This is a sales-only role with a dedicated service team handling policy servicing, allowing you to focus on growing your book of business and maximizing your earning potential. Responsibilities Generate new business and convert leads into customers. Educate clients on insurance products and recommend customized coverage. Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. Meet individual sales goals while maintaining accurate customer records. Stay current on insurance products and industry trends. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license required. Previous insurance sales experience preferred. Georgia license required before your start date if applying from another state. Life license is a plus, but not required. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
