Job Description Hiring Range: $375,000 - $450,000 Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. The Department of Radiation Oncology UMass Memorial Medical Group is recruiting for a Radiation Oncologist to join our dynamic UMass team! About Our Division The department of Radiation Oncology is one of the largest in New England, providing state-of-the-art clinical treatment to cancer patients in Worcester County. Delivers more than 34,000 external tele-therapy treatments to patients each year at 8 clinical facilities. Using image guided platforms with three-dimensional treatment simulators for treatment planning and execution, the department provides extensive brachytherapy services including genitourinary and gynecological applications to patients. The Department of Radiation Oncology provides radiation services at 5 hospital locations. Current facilities include 7 Varian linacs supported by ARIA/Eclipse including HDR units and dedicated CT-simulation scanners throughout the network. Caregiver Requirements MD, DO or DO/PhD, MD/PhD, board-eligible or board-certified Radiation Oncologist. The candidate must have completed their residency in an ACGME-accredited radiation oncology program and/or fellowship in an accredited US training program and have a track record of excellence in clinical care.
