Job Description MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Bedford, Indiana. Position Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Requirements Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Other requirements to be determined by the client facility. Duties & Responsibilities The Physical Therapist/PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the physician. The PT must set realistic and achievable goals, document and record the patient’s condition, and educate patients and families about appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
