Feasibility Project Lead - Lab & Tool Installations

Consertus seeks a Feasibility Project Manager to support a multi-building R&D campus tool-install program. You will be the first technical checkpoint for facility requests, determining deliverability, required effort, and whether projects stay in the program or become standalone capital projects. The role requires 8+ years in construction/MEP project management, experience with lab/R&D/occupied facilities, and strong technical reporting skills.
