The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plansProvide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy servicesMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelinesCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient careEducate patients and families regarding treatment plans and progressParticipate in care planning meetings and discharge planningMaintain compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and proceduresQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology programCurrent state SLP license or actively pursuing state licensureCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamPassion for patient-centered care and rehabilitationPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, transfer, and assist patients as neededAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workdayApply TodayIf you are passionate about helping patients regain communication and swallowing function while working in a positive and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
