We are looking for a capable technician who can take ownership of jobs, solve problems on site, and represent the company professionally in customers' homes. If you are experienced, dependable, and take pride in doing clean, quality work, this role can provide steady work and long term opportunity.You will travel to customer homes and complete a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. Every day is different and requires problem solving, strong workmanship, and good communication with homeowners. Typical work includes:Drywall patching and repairDoor adjustments and installationCarpentry repairsTrim repair and installationHardware and fixture installationGeneral home repair and maintenanceSmall improvement projectsYou will often work independently, so the ability to diagnose problems and complete work without constant supervision is important.We want a technician who is reliable, professional, and comfortable working in customers' homes. Ideal candidates are:Experienced in residential repair or handyman workAble to complete jobs independentlyComfortable using common carpentry and repair toolsFriendly and professional with homeownersDependable and punctualAble to solve problems on the jobTake pride in doing the job right the first time• Prior handyman or residential repair experience• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites• Ownership of basic professional handyman tools• Ability to work independently on job sites• Professional appearance and communication• Ability to pass a drug screeningThis role is designed for someone who wants responsibility and independence.
