Wood Production Worker

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Shift: 6am- 2:30pm Monday- Friday; Overtime on Saturdays is common

Pay: $18-20/hr

Aerotek is hiring Wood Production Technicians for a leading Utah-based manufacturer of high-quality cabinetry.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinet components using hand and power tools

• Measure, cut, sand, and prepare wood materials

• Read basic work instructions and production specifications

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

• Operate woodworking equipment and machinery safely

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Support team production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, woodworking, cabinetry, or production experience preferred

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift

• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
