The position is .6 FTE, working three days per week across the full academic year.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledgeable in adapting equipment and environments to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administration, and families to support student success
• Support classroom teams with strategies for student sensory and motor needs
