This team member role requires a high school graduate or 18 years or older for legal work purposes due to the nature of the role.

Team member responsibilities:

• Timely completion of overnight tasks
• Competent and excellent execution of overnight tasks
• Ability to be directed and self-directed
• Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurant's vision and values
• Multitask quickly but thoroughly
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Stand for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code at all times
• Other assigned duties
