Compensation & Pay Range: $14.00-$18.00 per hour Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. EDU119/NCECC cert. or AA degree in ECE or a related field required for lead teacher positions Previous experience working in licensed childcare required. Ability to pass background checks & health assessments. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
