Responsibilities Project & Administrative Support Assist Account Executives in the day‑to‑day administration of marketing, PR, and advertising initiatives. Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage tasks and deadlines. Mark up internal and client edits to materials. Attend meetings and take detailed notes. Content Creation & Communication Craft written content and design inspiration for marketing materials. Write blog posts to drive traffic to client websites. Create client newsletters and use email software to distribute content. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions. Client Strategy & Relationship Support Support client strategies, including contributing to strategic development and maintaining objectives/priorities. Understand how businesses, brands, and customers interact, with awareness of marketing’s role in the relationship. Drive client and agency implementation of tools and conduct necessary training to ensure adoption. Qualifications The position is part‑time and entry‑level. The candidate should have a passion for marketing strategy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members. Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
