Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals and functional outcomes
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Hampshire
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility check-in

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and time management skills
