Entry Level Low Voltage Technician (Luxury Residential Technology) Department: Technician Employment Type: Full Time Location: Clearwater, FL (Integral) Reporting To: Spencer Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 / hour Description Job description: Low-Voltage Installation Technician You Are: Trustworthy, hungry to learn and grow; hands‑on and loves being in the field rather than behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work. You Have: Experience on construction sites; ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, and use both power tools and hand tools. A steady work history (at least 3 years between jobs) and a pleasant disposition. High EQ. Your Location: In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid) 2170 Sunnydale Blvd. Suite X, Clearwater, FL 33765 Your Schedule: Hours per week: 40 hours, 4x10 schedule most weeks. Your Manager: Spencer Your Contribution to Integral Home Technology: Pull, terminate, and test low‑voltage cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron). Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading). Build and lace equipment racks. Basic set‑up and configuration of devices. Basic understanding of networks. You May Come From... AV Installation (Residential & Commercial) Security Installation Low‑Voltage Cable Pulling Managed Services (MSP) – if you can install! Electrician (HV or LV) Integral Home Technology's Contribution to You: Salary: $22/hr – $28/hr. Simple IRA with 3% match after Year 1.
