Position Summary

The Client Services Review Specialist provides support to bank customers and the New Accounts team by processing and reviewing wire requests, account closures, address changes, and Online banking troubleshooting. The Review Specialist also provides additional support to the Client Services team and reviews all new and revised deposit accounts for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Career progression to Review Specialist II is based on demonstrated proficiency, efficiency and competency in all required skills and responsibilities. A minimum of six months in the Client Services Review Specialist I role is required for advancement consideration. Employees must successfully complete all required training as determined by their supervisor and achieve a score of 80% or higher.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

→ Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at all times. Answer incoming calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate department.

→ Assist with deposit files in the production workflow.

→ Complete deposit system (Premier) maintenance after account opening or account revisions.

→ Ensure internal processes are complete for closed accounts.

→ Ensure quality control and accuracy for holds, stop payments, and debit card maintenance to justify Premier processing.

→ Complete daily inactive and dormant account maintenance and client communication.

→ Assist all Banking Specialists with deposit exceptions and scanning.

→ Facilitate communication between Banking Specialists and QC Review to ensure that critical exceptions are addressed.

→ Complete deposit research, retrieve statements, and coordinating documentation for all departments.

→ Work with the New Accounts Team to verify services are ordered for customers such as debit cards and checks.

→ Provide assistance to Bank customers and the New Accounts Team with wires, closing of accounts, notaries, and address changes.

→ Revise customer accounts with changes such as name mergers, change of address, name change, and adding or

removing signers.

→ Deposit file maintenance review.

→ Follow established audit, security and compliance guidelines and Bank policies and procedures.

→ Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as internal policies.

→ Duties may be expanded on as experience and professional goals are achieved.

Required Knowledge and Expertise

→ High School Diploma or equivalent.

→ Customer-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

→ Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements.

→ Proven people, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills with a team-focused attitude.

→ General working knowledge of the compliance laws/regulation regarding deposit/loan accounts.

→ Knowledge of Bank data processing system and deposit software platforms.

→ Proficient in computer software programs including Excel and Word.

→ Ability to work on a computer for extended hours at a time.

**Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules, the salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
