Busciglio Smiles in Brandon and Plant City, FL, is excited to welcome a dedicated full- or part-time Pediatric Dentist to our growing, high-energy team, where you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of young patients every day.

This opportunity offers a competitive, performance-based compensation package , with earning potential ranging from $200,000 to $450,000 depending on your experience and number of days worked. The role is structured as a 1099 position and is available on a full- or part-time basis for maximum flexibility. In addition to strong earning potential, we provide a generous benefits package that includes:

SCHEDULE:

Enjoy a consistent full- or part-time schedule within our business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• A focus on treating pediatric patients is preferred

THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE:

You create a positive and welcoming dental experience for children ages 2–18, delivering high-quality care while helping young patients feel comfortable and confident in the chair. You perform a variety of pediatric dental procedures with precision and compassion, educate patients and families on oral health, and build lasting relationships that encourage lifelong healthy habits. You collaborate closely with a supportive team, contributing to a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every child leaves smiling and every parent feels confident in the care their child receives.
