AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking to employ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYNs to join our collaborative and mission-driven team, in one of the fastest growing areas in the US, Davenport, Florida .
Opportunity Highlights:
- Midwifery support 24/7 Certified Nurse Midwives cover first call
- Some days OB Hospitalist - call reduced 1:6 or 12-hour 7AM-7PM
- Established referral base - 35+ primary care & 125+ multispecialty physicians
- 202-bed AdventHealth Heart of Florida, 5th floor dedicated to OB/GYN
- Da Vinci Xi - 9 ORs
- 4 OB/GYNs, 2 GYNs, 6 CNMs, 1 APRN
- DAX AI scribe tool
- Strong and engaged leadership , local, regional & beyond
Who We're Looking For:
- Board Certified / Eligible OB/GYN
- New grads welcome

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary + productivity incentives
- $75,000 Sign-on bonus
- Occurrence-based malpractice
