Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health and substance abuse histories of clients, ensuring each assessment is thorough and sensitive to the client’s unique context.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team members to develop comprehensive care plans that integrate input from various health disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support are pre-screened and stable, primarily comprising adolescents and young adults facing an array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is mandatory to practice in this role.
