Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health and substance abuse histories of clients, ensuring each assessment is thorough and sensitive to the client’s unique context. \n
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of our diverse clientele. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team members to develop comprehensive care plans that integrate input from various health disciplines. \n
- Maintain meticulous and accurate client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, contributing to continuous quality improvement in service delivery. \n
- Provide education and support to clients' families, fostering a collaborative and supportive recovery environment. \n
The clients you will support are pre-screened and stable, primarily comprising adolescents and young adults facing an array of mental health challenges. Our approach emphasizes low-acuity cases, allowing you to focus on proactive strategies and early intervention techniques. As a mental health counselor, your work will be paramount in guiding these individuals and families towards healthier coping mechanisms and better overall mental wellness.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required. \n
- Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is mandatory to practice in this role. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. \n
- Expertise in delivering telehealth therapy is essential, particularly with youth and young adults. \n
- Advanced proficiency in using technology, including the Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), to manage client information and conduct sessions. \n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are needed to effectively connect with clients and team members. \n

- Familiarity with our evidence-based frameworks for treatment, referred to as our care pathways, is a plus. \n
- Previous experience in a community health clinic setting is advantageous, fostering a nuanced understanding of our client population. \n

- The salary for this position ranges between $100,000 and $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. \n
