Salary Range: $19.61 - $24.51* Job Description The Restaurant Dishwasher focuses on keeping overall restaurant cleanliness, ensuring guests receive the high level of food and beverage service that Neiman Marcus sets. Responsibilities Check for chemicals in the dish machine to ensure they are filled and ready Understand how to use the dish machine Report any malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef Keep chemical testers on hand Know how to use all sanitizing materials used for cleaning Check trash periodically and remove if full Organize the dish area with all solutions for pots, pans, sinks, and silverware Maintain a pace for washing all pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware Exercise caution when working with breakables such as dishes and glassware Keep floors clean from spills, grease, and general trash Assist with preparation and additional cleaning throughout the kitchen as needed Maintain professional relationships with all line cooks, coworkers, chefs, and front‑of‑the‑house staff Uphold all health and sanitation standards directed by Neiman Marcus, the local health department, and third‑party sanitation auditors Qualifications Ability to work autonomously Motivated and results‑driven Win together mentality Comfortable standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds Available during business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Comprehensive benefits package for all eligible full‑time employees includes medical, vision, and dental insurance.
