Registered Nurse Manager Quality

Your future role at a glance Location: Milwaukee, WI Facility: St. Francis Place Department/Specialty: Nursing Administration Skilled Nursing Schedule: Full Time Day Shift Salary: $93,857.00 - $126,983.00 per year How you’ll make an impact in this role Serve as organizational leader to facilitate accreditation survey activities, survey preparations, survey leadership, and survey follow‑up and completion to ensure organizational accreditation, developing a comprehensive approach to achieve external standards for quality, safety, and reliability including data management and outcomes reporting. Aggregate data, provide reports/graphs to management, and participate in audits of departments/processes for compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Lead communication, networking, and knowledge transfer of accreditation and regulatory information and data outcomes across the health system. Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration: Quality Professional preferred. Registered Nurse preferred. Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) preferred. Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) preferred. Risk Management preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
