Job Overview Stocking associates unload trucks and stock the backroom, lifting objects that exceed 50 pounds. Forklift operation may be required. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks and move inventory in the backroom. Stock products on shelves and keep aisles neat. Assist customers when needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, if required. Qualifications Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Reliability and willingness to work early‑morning shifts (4:00 am–9:00 am). Basic math and inventory skills. Previous warehouse or retail stocking experience is a plus. Compensation Hourly rate: $15.00–$28.00 per hour, plus performance incentives. Rates meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
