POSITION SUMMARY - LCSW Social Worker


POSITION DUTIES - In the psychiatric unit, provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, care coordination, and counseling services to support patients' mental health treatment and safe transition to appropriate levels of care.


MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -

• MA LCSW or LICSW
• 2+ years social worker experience in an acute hospital setting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -

• Travel experience
• Psych experience/behavioral health

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks


SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 8a-430p (32hrs/wk)
