Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer respiratory treatments and therapies to patients across all age groups.
  
  
• 
  Perform procedures such as drawing ABGs, assisting with intubation, and managing ventilators.
  
  
• 
  Operate and monitor advanced equipment including Servo I ventilators and I-Stat analyzers.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and execute patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments and treatments accurately in Meditech system.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to infection control, dress code, and safety policies, including proper attire and body art coverage.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RRT credential with at least 2 years of hospital experience.
  
  
• 
  NICU, ICU, or ED experience required.
  
  
• 
  Ability to perform ABG draws and manage ventilators.
  
  
• 
  Proficient in Meditech documentation system.
  
  
• 
  Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work various shifts, including 7P-7A.
