Job Description:

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus * For Eligible Candidates

Shift: Day shift (7a-7p)

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs. * Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. * Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols. * Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. * Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established protocols and critical care skills.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• Critical Care (ED)

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

• ACLS [Preferred]

• NIHSS [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$31.53 - $50.40
