This hands-on position performs maintenance painting of walls, doors, door frames, baseboards, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces, including repairs, texture matching, refinishing, and related touch-up work. The role requires performing interior duties while maintaining a safe work environment and delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.You are excited about this opportunity because you will…Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.Assists in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.Attendance is essential to this job.
