Compensation Starting rate: $38.55 - $43.55 per hour. Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000. Registered Nurse wage range: $35.15 – $40.15 per hour based on years of certification. Additional compensation: $5.00 per hour for second shift, $4.00 per hour for third shift, $3.40 per hour hero pay. Yearly wage increases apply. Responsibilities Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and condition status. Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors. Qualifications Current RN license in Michigan and current CPR certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher. Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems. Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care. Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and ensuring job completion.
