Rumble Chicago is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to our operations, as you will be the first point of contact for prospective members, helping them discover the unique experience that Rumble offers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving membership sales and promoting our boxing and fitness classes. Responsibilities Engage with potential members by providing them with information about Rumble's unique fitness offerings and membership options. Conduct tours of the facility and demonstrate the benefits of our boxing-inspired workouts. Manage inquiries and follow up with potential leads to convert them into active members. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area and gym environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and member engagement. Required Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for fitness and wellness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software. Preferred Experience Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred but not required. A background in health and fitness or personal training is a plus.
