Austin Industries, a leading construction firm, seeks a Labor and Employment Counsel in Dallas, TX. This in-house role partners with executive leadership, HR, and safety teams to navigate complex labor and employment law matters across the umbrella of Austin’s entities.

The ideal candidate has a JD with 5+ years of relevant experience, Texas bar admission, and the ability to travel as needed. Knowledge of construction/industrial sectors is preferred.
