Shift Leader Full-time Job Description At Chick-fil-A, the Shift Leader role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. Responsibilities Leading shifts with purpose Leading day to day tasks Leading productivity (controlling labor and food costs) Ensure the completion of Jolt checklists Being an integral part of Department meetings Building relationships of trust and accountability with Team Members Maintaining a fun work environment Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and Director team Behavioral Characteristics Demonstrate the organization's Mission & Core Values Attention to detail Takes initiative Compassionate towards Team Members Delegates tasks when needed Takes charge and ownership of the shift Solves problems and makes quick decisions when necessary Coaches and develops others through an attitude of continuous improvement Welcomes feedback and uses it to grow Available to open and close the restaurant a minimum of three times a week Works an average of 32 hours a week Benefits of working at Chick-fil-A Competitive Pay Along with a competitive paycheck, you will have the opportunity to earn college scholarships and tuition reimbursement.
