Senior Physical Network Security Consultant

Act as subject matter expert (SME) for physical security systems and architecture

Work as an extension of internal teams across Security, IT, HR, and Facilities

Support leadership and project teams in defining deliverables and execution plans

Provide technical direction for design, planning, and implementation of security solutions

Ensure alignment between business needs and technical architecture

Guide standardization of physical security systems across global locations

Support project execution with hands-on technical expertise and advisory

Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for physical security systems across global locations

Review and validate existing physical security architecture including access control, video surveillance, and infrastructure

Define and standardize global physical security frameworks, reference architectures, and design principles

Identify gaps, risks, and limitations in current systems and recommend scalable improvements

Assess legacy sites for upgrades, replacements, and standardization opportunities

Collaborate with Security, IT, HR, Facilities, and regional teams for solution alignment and execution

Ensure physical security designs comply with IT security, network, and regulatory standards

Support integration of physical security systems with enterprise networks, IAM, and HR systems

Review construction and design documents to embed security requirements early in project lifecycle

Validate vendor designs, proposals, and implementation approaches against defined standards

Expertise in physical security systems and architecture

Experience with access control systems (CCure/Phoenix)

Knowledge of video surveillance systems (Axis)

Experience with biometric access control solutions

Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and governance

Strong knowledge of integration with enterprise IT systems (network, IAM, HR)

Ability to perform system assessments, audits, and gap analysis

Knowledge of security infrastructure (door hardware, sensors, etc.)
