DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Eurest We are hiring immediately for full‑time DISHWASHER positions at the Delta Sky Club DTW. Location: 2642 World Gateway Place, Detroit, MI 48242. Schedule: Full‑time, open availability preferred. Weekends required. Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred. Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour. Job Summary Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen equipment, and work areas in orderly and sanitary condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Scrape and rinse food from dishes, wash by hand or place in racks or conveyor to dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation. Wash pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness. Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth as assigned, ensuring cleanliness. Ensure compliance with safety procedures. Maintain temperature and chemical levels per standards. Keep dish area orderly in compliance with safety standards. Sweep and mop kitchen floors to satisfy safety and sanitation standards. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces. Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Help load and unload supplies and product. Perform other duties as assigned.
