Job Details Job Location: L044 Lexington – Lexington, NC 27292. Part‑Time: Starting at $11 per hour. Hourly increases at 180days, 1year and every 6months thereafter, based on anniversary date. Shift Schedule: Mon–Thu: 8:00am–12:00pm, 12:00pm–4:00pm or 5:00pm–11:15pm Fri: 10:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–9:15pm Sat–Sun: 6:45am–1:00pm or 1:00pm–7:15pm Benefits Growth opportunities – over 90% of our management team started as an entry-level team member. Responsibilities Provide a superior level of customer service to PlanetFitness members, prospective members and guests to ensure an exceptional Judgement‑Free member experience. Answer phones in a friendly manner using information scripts. Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system. Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (View email address on click.appcast.io) to active members and new members. Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment. Qualifications Customer service experience. High‑school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be 18years of age or older. Basic computer proficiency. Physical Demands Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Encounter cleaning chemicals during shift. Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching.
