Warehouse Payroll Specialist

Position Overview The Payroll Specialist will ensure reporting of payroll information for the company's warehouse employees in addition to the reporting of information to warehouse management. The position will be responsible for a variety of general payroll tasks in the payroll department and additional administrative tasks as needed. $27.00 per hour. Full time position scheduled Sunday and Monday starting at 4am and Tuesday to Thursday starting at 9am. Job Description Maintain programs effectively and correctly, including WFM, Red Prairie, Workday, and Workbrain. Track payroll compliance issues. Ensure weekly warehouse payroll information is completed accurately and timely for transmission to the Corporate Payroll department. Follow approved procedures to correct any errors that may arise with employees' pay, to include hourly, salary, and incentive pay. Assess causes of payroll errors and recommend solutions. Travel Required: No Environment Office Temperature: 65F to 75F Skills Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of common payroll practices; the ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data; excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively. Special Skills: Computer skills required; Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Physical abilities: Other: Years Of Experience 0-2 relevant years of experience.
