Disability Services of the SW

A community support organization is seeking a Case Manager for the Beaumont and Houston areas. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of a waiver program, manage caseloads, and support clients in their homes. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in health/human services or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
