QMAP

Christian Living Communities is seeking compassionate QMAPs to provide medication support and resident care in our faith-based senior living community. In this PRN role, you will administer medications per physician orders, accurately document dosages, monitor residents for side effects, and promptly report changes in condition. You will also assist with ADLs, collaborate with nurses and caregivers, and support a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment. Day and night shifts are available, offering flexible scheduling while you contribute to our mission of enriching the lives of older adults through service and excellence.
