Negotiate contracts, write offers, and manage transactions through closing while communicating with all professionals, clients, and associates involved in a sale. Build and maintain real estate leads and a strong client pipeline. Establish a recognizable presence in your sales market under the HFM brand. Deliver exceptional real estate service to clients. Uphold HFM Realty policies and procedures. Qualifications Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
