Customer Service Coordinator

We are a global executive search and recruitment firm partnering with a leading Indian headquartered multinational in flexible packaging and manufacturing to appoint a Customer Service Coordinator for its US operations. Our client has a significant international presence, manufacturing and operations across multiple geographies, and serves leading global brands across diverse industries. The Role The Customer Service Coordinator will be a key point of contact between customers and internal teams including Production, Logistics and Account Management. The role will take ownership of the order to delivery process, ensuring accurate order processing, proactive communication and timely resolution of customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Process Proforma Invoices and Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate with Production and Logistics on order progress and delivery timelines Maintain weekly open order and monthly delivery performance reports Keep customers and Account Managers proactively updated on order status Manage customer complaints, follow ups, credits and documentation Maintain accurate customer information and records in the ERP system Respond promptly to customer and internal queries Support customer satisfaction initiatives, trade shows and special projects Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in customer service, order management or coordination, preferably in manufacturing or distribution Experience with Oracle, SAP or other ERP systems preferred Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Knowledge of import/export terminology and Incoterms is an advantage Ideal Profile A proactive, detail oriented professional who takes ownership, communicates effectively and enjoys working in a fast paced, customer focused manufacturing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kwan Ventures
