Assistant Restaurant Manager – Full-Service Concept

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager , you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

What You’ll Do

Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations
Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members to achieve performance goals
Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and labor management
Maintain a positive and energetic workplace culture that drives results

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of leadership experience in full-service, casual dining, or QSR management
Strong people-development and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence
Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and teamwork
