What we’re looking for:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state requirements apply)
• Experience working in a resource room or with elementary caseloads is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and instructional staff
• Demonstrates flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and initiative
