Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager tojoin our team. The ideal individual will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supplychainsto deliver compliant projects. Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid scheduleslips. Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized Ensure application of best practice on all projects. Production of formal project status reports and other reports asrequired. Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards areappliedcorrectly. Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications. Forecast and update key project milestones. Manage andmonitorlocal design teamsin accordance withcommission criteria. Provide technical support to owners, architects, generalcontractorsand regional stakeholders. Rapid response to RFIs from the field. Provideexpertisefor cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance whererequired. Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals,timelinesand costs from architects,contractorsand suppliers. Client management -assistin developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities. Strategic Thinking -providesadvice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’objectivesand businessobjectives. Knowledge management - ensure that key information and learnings generated from each projectarecaptured. Process improvement - Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience. Minimum 15 years of project management experience , preferably in Nuclear, Energy, Chemical, Data Center or other highly-regulated Industrial Facilities. PMP certification required. Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. Proven experience managing full project lifecycle ownership with assigned budgets. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget development and cost control. Direct experience working in highly regulated environments. Superior communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently and professionally with senior project management peers and technical stakeholders. Additional Requirements Must be willing and able to work on-site in Eunice, New Mexico Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Willingness to travel or relocate as required (candidates sourced primarily from Houston and Midland).
