Food Runner

Overview We are hiring Runners to join our team to provide an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately. Ensure all plates are consistently plated and garnished; alert chefs to any issues. Assist in bussing tables and clearing plates. Communicate food orders to chefs, noting priorities (e.g., food allergies). Explain the menu to guests as you deliver food. Acquire knowledge about the food to answer guest questions. Maintain a calm and friendly attitude at all times. Be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; up to 20 pounds frequently; and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects. Qualifications Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant personnel. Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and employees.
