Senior Military Recruiter (Contractor)We are seeking an experienced Senior Military Recruiter (Contractor) to lead full life cycle recruiting for military-affiliated talent, with a strong focus on data center hiring, while serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers. This role supports a dynamic and growing field and emphasizes building sustainable military talent pipelines, developing local relationships with leaders and employees, and delivering strategic recruiting solutions that align with business hiring needs.Please note this is a 12-month contract opportunity. Must be willing to work as a W-2 contract employee through Oracle's preferred staffing partner.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesExecute full life cycle recruiting for military, veteran, transitioning service member and military spouse talent across technical and business functions.Serve as a consultative talent advisor to hiring managers by advising on talent availability, role calibration, leveling, recruiting process, time-to-fill expectations, and hiring strategies for data center and other priority roles.Develop customized sourcing and talent strategies for priority searches.Foster strong local relationships with hiring managers, employees, military installations, veteran organizations, universities, and community partners to build a strong recruiting network and increase visibility across the business.Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle.Leverage knowledge of military recruiting programs and communities to attract qualified talent into data center hiring pipelines and related workforce programs.Use recruiting analytics and KPIs to measure success, improve pipeline health, and track progress against hiring goals in a fast-moving environment.Apply critical thinking to solve hiring challenges, navigate ambiguity and change, and recommend data-driven solutions.Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, HR, and business leaders to support military hiring initiatives.Minimum QualificationsThis role requires demonstrated success recruiting military-affiliated talent into professional, technical, and leadership roles within a corporate, enterprise, or third-party recruiting environment, partnering directly with business leaders.
