Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Previous QSR restaurant experience required with a drive-through
Management experience required
Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Assistant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead daily operations with a focus on high-quality, consistent food production
Train and develop both kitchen and front-of-house team members on procedures and standards
Ensure all cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory standards are met
Deliver exceptional guest service across all channels and lead by example
Recruit, hire, and coach team members to reach performance and sales goals
Motivate and support the team on every shift to foster a positive environment
