We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician for our data center in Downtown Dallas ! The NOC technician is responsible for carrying out monitoring operations, and servicing and maintaining servers, network, and telecommunication equipment in a centralized data location. If you enjoy working with people and technology, then we would love to meet you.

SCHEDULE: 11 PM - 7 AM Monday/ 3PM - 11PM Sat/Sun (Schedule will vary depending on need)

Requirements

• Moderate IT helpdesk, server, and networking knowledge.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Customer relations knowledge.
• Security knowledge.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook or similar programs.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Weekends required; on-call on a rotating basis.
