The ideal candidate will have strong experience withOASIS E2, be confident performingStart of Care (SOC)visits, and be well versed inMedicare home health guidelines. Requirements * ActiveFlorida RN license * OASIS E2 experiencerequired * Comfortable completingStart of Care (SOC)visits * Solid understanding ofMedicaredocumentation and regulations * Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprints) required * Current CPR certification * Reliable transportation for field visits * Strong communication, organization, and assessment skills * One year of Home Health experience Job Responsibilities * Conduct SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge assessments * Document accurately in compliance with OASIS E and Medicare standards * Deliver high quality skilled nursing care in the patient’s home * Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team Compensation * Approx. $40+ Based of the type of visit * Compensation varying based on visit type(SOC, ROC, Recert, routine visits, etc.) * Consistent workload within a focused service area
