Location: Bellingham WA
Compensation: $85,000-$105,000/yr.
Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist‑owned outpatient practice serving Whatcom and Snohomish Counties. We focus on high‑quality patient care, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to join our Bellingham clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician experienced in upper‑extremity rehabilitation who values evidence‑based practice, patient‑centered care, and professional growth.
- Evaluate and treat patients with upper‑extremity injuries and conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, splinting, and patient education
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Communicate with referral sources, case managers, and the clinical team
- Participate in continuing education and specialty skill development
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Occupational Therapy (OTD/OTR) program
- Washington State PT or OT license (or license‑eligible)
- Strong manual therapy and splinting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered care
- Experience with return‑to‑work cases preferred
