Production Worker Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures. Job Duties Review shop orders and follow special customer requirements, including mat dimensions and packaging instructions. Inspect mats throughout the trimming process to ensure compliance with quality standards. Operate trimming equipment to remove excess rubber from mat borders accurately and efficiently. Measure border width and thickness using precision gauges to verify product specifications. Pull mats from conveyors and place them on carts or trimming tables for processing. Identify, separate, and document defective, rejected, or scrap materials according to established procedures. Record production and quality data accurately in trimming logs. Communicate product quality concerns and manufacturing issues promptly to line leadership. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.
