Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Indiana physical therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in an inpatient hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred. Familiarity with acute care and post-acute rehabilitation protocols preferred. Compact license eligibility is preferred but not required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1700.
