Physical Therapist – General, Clearlake, CA. This travel assignment starts 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour days (07:00–19:00). Responsibilities
- Administer physical therapy treatments per APTA standards to relieve pain, restore motor function, and maintain optimal performance.
- Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and adjust therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff; maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
- Monitor safety, operate equipment appropriately, and contribute to care coordination across services.
- Provide minimal acute inpatient coverage as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a four-year accredited college or university
- Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligible for registration
- 1–2 years related experience and/or training
- Current BLS certification
- Valid California driver's license when travel is required
- Member of APTA preferred
