Senior Production Coordinator- Women's Sportswear

Title: Senior Production Coordinator -Womens Apparel- knitwear

Salary- $90,000 +

Location: New York, NY- hybrid

Established womens fashion company in NYC is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator to join their team. Partner with design sourcing and product development team. 

Responsibilities;

• Manage the P roduction process with overseas factories including placing fabric during the development stage of the product life style
• Implement and monitor WIP reports seasonal time/action calendars in order to achieve required delivery
• Communicate daily with overseas factories regarding P roduction orders and delivery status
• Enter production orders in the system
• Coordinate the production process with overseas factories
• Track testing reports 
• Track production status through T&A reports
• Allocate and follow up on product development packages sent to overseas factories for sampling and approvals
• Implement and monitor WIP reports seasonal time/action calendars to achieve required delivery
• Track all fabric development and trim orders 
• Resolve issues and manage inventories.
• Work with Fabric Development team and designers overseeing samples fit approvals, trim, and color approval adhering to company guidelines and quality assurance 

Skills

• Bachelor degree in Fashion
• 3 plus years in production
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
• Attention to detail
